our focus

An alarm system is a designed to provide several key security features. They are primarily used to detect and manage intrusion into a building or specified area. They are used in residential and commercial properties for protection against unauthorised entry onto property thereby preventing burglary, robbery, and damage to people and property.

Alarm Systems range from compact units for small areas, to intricate systems with automated and centralised monitoring and control. Intrusion alarm systems may also be combined with closed-circuit television surveillance (CCTV) systems to automatically record the activities of intruders, and may interface to access control systems for electrically locked doors.

SecurityWorx offer the entire spectrum of intrusion detection and alarm systems, and are certified to supply, install and maintain industry leading alarm products such as Paradox Systems

“Since 1989, these goals have driven the development of revolutionary products. We started with an impressive line of motion detectors whose patents are still used in our products today. In 1996, we introduced the Digiplex series of security systems, featuring our encrypted expandable bus system. In 2001, we introduced an extensive range of wireless systems, including the award-winning Magellan all-in-one console. Over the last few years, our focus has shifted progressively towards software development. In 2007, we revamped and shifted many products to new platforms, including the MG, SP and EVO series. We also introduced advanced communication modules using GSM and IP, and in-field firmware upgradeable hardware. We are also proud of our history, and showed it by re-introducing the Elegance a beautifully styled motion detector that we first produced 20 years ago.”
